上海交通大学外国语言文学博士后流动站2003年设站于上海交通大学外国语学院。

上海交通大学外国语学院1993年获外国语言学及应用语言学博士学位授予权，2007年止，已招收博士研究生120名；另外拥有外国语言学及应用语言学、英语语言文学和日语语言文学三个硕士学位授权点。

本学科现有教授22名，副教授近60名。十多年来，完成各类科研项目数十项；近3年来共发表CSSCI期刊和核心期刊论文近百篇，出版学术专著、重要译著近20部；出版重要教材近40部。

本学科“现代语言应用与外国文学理论研究”为教育部人文社科创新基地，是国家“985工程”重点建设对象之一，是我国外国语言文学高级研究人才培养的重要基地之一。

Brief Introduction

The Post-doctoral Program of Foreign Languages and Literature Studies, initiated in 2003, is affiliated to the School of Foreign Languages, SJTU.

The School of Foreign Languages has a PhD program in Linguistics of Foreign Languages and Applied Linguistics. This PhD program started to have PhD students in 1993 and has enrolled 120 students ever since. Besides, the School also has 3 masters programs: Linguistics of Foreign Languages and Applied Linguistics, English Language and Literature, and Japanese Language and Literature.

There are 22 professors and 60 associate professors working for this School. Tens of research projects were done by the School staff within the last 10 years. Within the last 3 years, almost 100 articles were published in CSSCI or key journals. Almost 20 works (including translated works), as well as 40 textbooks, were also published in the last 3 years.

This post-doctoral program of the School is sponsored by the fund from the national project of 985.
